Visit Visa - Fails on so many counts - need some help

Hi

A relative was planning on coming the UK for a few weeks - as a visitor, with his mother - from Paksitan

Application for visitor visa for rejected.

Ive only seen the initial application & rejection letter in the last few days, and it was a disaster!

Applicants failed to state things like who the sponsors were, where they were staying, how long for etc.

We would have been the sponsors - but they didnt ask us for a sponsors file!!!

These are issues we can easily rectify - however other things seem more difficult.

My relative is self-employed, has a couple of fashion retailing/garments businesses, as well as a few share s in residental & commercial property/land....and he supplied appropriate documentation.

But the Home Office have itemised each of these documents, and said "These documents can easily be bought"

Basically HO dont believe he is involved in any of the activities that he says he is.

Its a crap application - no doubt, but I know I can resolve a lot of those issue scome appeal - but them not believing the authentic accounts, tax documents, business letterheads, company ownership docs is a problem

Any ideas on what we can do?

He does work for a bank - but failed to mention this.

Should he have stated this, and used the above stuff as 'additional income /assets' etc.

Any ideas on how to go about an appeal?

At this point, I think they need to submit a new application. Appealing only helps if there was a problem in the decision process, and you're limited in being able to provide additional documents. Since some key information was left out, starting over with a complete and correct application is the best bet.
