It reads as though you were refused because he was jailed and/or gave another address, but I'm not sure why they would refer to his cases to refuse you. What was the reason for refusal? Why has your husband been jailed/detained, and was it before or after your application?

I assume your husband is British or settled here and you were/are on a 2-year spouse visa?
How long was his sentence?
Were you living together before he was imprisoned? Are you living together now?
Do you have any children by him?

If you wish to have any chance of remaining in the UK you should ensure that you appeal within the time limit. You are probably going to need an immigration solicitor or an OISC-registered advisor.
