Documents for minor OCI application UK passport

Hello,

I am in process of applying OCI for my little one who got UK citizenship by birth as we both are ILR holder.

Thing is I have got UK Passport and Mrs. Passport application in progress and yet to apply for Surrender certificate.

What all documents would be required for little one OCI application:

1. UK passport (baby)
2. Birth certificate
3. Both parents passport (UK and Indian both ?)
4. UK address proof
5. Employment letter?
6. Marriage Certificate

Anything in addition to above that would be required for ?
