Tech Nation - Past employer Recommendation t Letter

Hi

I would be glad for some info to the above.

i am applying through "Exceptional Talent" for GTV.

1) Should the recommendation be addressed to Tech Nation for IT careers or some other source

2) is there a prescribed format for the letter. i dont remember reading a prescribed format in guide.
