3rd Flr Fp extension

Please i am filling my 3rd flr fp extension as parent of British children.
On the form it asks what type of visa, leave to enter or remain or other
permission do you have to be in the UK. Should I click family, settlement
or other? Many thanks for your assistance.

"Family" sounds more like it.

But a "wrong" answer is not a deal-breaker.

They should be able to see it on the BRP anyway, if one is available for the leave.
