Hi
I'm applying for family visa from within the UK from Graduate Visa, I have non-salaried income for >6 months - temporary worker contract (PAYE + Payslips), variable based on timesheets - , annualised based on 6-months payslip >£29k so I meet the criteria
Would like to clarify about the wording for the employer letter: The guidance states "the person’s employment and gross annual salary"; however my pay varies based on timesheets, what would be the right wording for the letter? My employer currently put "day rate £XX, equivalent to annual salary of £XX"; however this would not match my annualised calculation as this annual salary assumes full time work, and definitely want to avoid being mis-categorised as "salaried", as if they take my lowest payslip over the past 6 months and multiply, it would be less than £29k
I can ask them to amend it - what would be the appropriate wording for non-salaried income that is variable to fulfill the "gross annual salary" requirement in the letter, or should we leave out mention of annual salary altogether?
Thank you
