TB test if you have travelled and applying visa?

Hello,

I am due to do a spouse visa extension visa application from within the UK. My wife is currently in India for a month and will be travelling to Uk next week. we will be doing the spouse visa extension in Feb 26.

Does she need a TB test?

The last point below is unclear and hence do not know if we need a TB test?

You’ll need to have a tuberculosis (TB) test if all of the following are true:

you’re coming to the UK for 6 months or more
you’ve lived in any of these listed countries for 6 months or more
you were living there (or another listed country) within the last 6 months

Thanks and not required even if the person stayed in a restricted country for a month prior to application?
