CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH FILLING UP A FORM

Post by samson » Tue Feb 24, 2009 9:55 am

Hello friends,

I have query hope someone can guide me on it.

I entered uk in 2004 as a student , i applied for hsmp stage 1 in 2007 which I withdrew later in 2007 and continued with my studies. I was granted FLR IGS in 2008 . I plan to return to thailand and become a my wife dependent who is on tier 1.

In the VAF form 10, there is a query which states

6.3 Have you ever been refused a visa for any country
including the UK?
Should i mention about my hsmp stage 1 withdrawal...would it be okay if I say no.

6.8 Have you made an application to the Home Office to
remain in the UK in the last 10 years?
The last one i made was that for IGS which was granted. Do I need to mention also other previous 3 FLR application made also all these have been granted. Or do I need to just mention the last previous FLR

If anybody can guide me on this, it would be so helpful. Thank you for all your help

A withdrawn application is not a refusal. If you've never been refused a visa, say "No"

If they have your Home Office Reference number they can easily check your record. If you detail your last IGS application, and then say "previous FLR applications granted (date-date-date)" that should be sufficient.
