Skilled worked dependent after 160 days returning to UK

Dear Immigration Advisors,
I am on a Skilled Worker visa. My son travelled to Europe on 1 March for his studies, but his student visa was delayed. As a result, he stayed there and is now returning to the UK after 160 days. Could this cause any issues at immigration when he re-enters the UK?
