I wanna thank everyone who helped me with information in the last two years....... and so on.
I had to apply at Croydon PEO on 20th of June 2009
there was no interview at all after going through all the documents checklist, i paid and went to another floor for my number to be called. When my number was called i gave all my documents to the caseworker and she told my it will take a while to input all the information onto the system and also go through my documents and i should take a seat at the sitting area. she called me after 45-55 mins and gave me all my documents and said everything is ok, go take a seat and wait for your number to becalled then you can go and collect your passport.

i then asked her, will i still be stopped all the time at passport control as i have been while on Spouse visa an due to my immigration history, she said "i see no reason for them stopping you as everything is ok, maybe when you get your british passport in 10 months time everything will be ok".

i got into the building at 8.00am and left at 9.47am not bad eh.


im a bit confused why she said 10 months---- help needed

Married- May 2005

Left UK- May 2008

Granted Spouse Visa-July 4th 2007

Arrived UK- July 14th 2007

Granted ILR- June 20th 2009


When will i be eligible to apply for Naturalization????

edit: was confused by dates given not in chronological order

After July 14th 2010 ?
