Ilr-appication Form (5.3, Section9) Doubts

Hi,

I have some doubts to fill it in SET(O) ILR applcation form.

5.3. Are you working in the uk? if so what is u r each months after income tax
and other deductions?

I am working as self employed and receiving the salary and dividend per month. Shall i need to mention only salary or salary+dividend for the above.

Section 9:

I have worked over the 5 years on work permit, HSMP, Tier1(General) Migrant.
Shall i need to fill the 9B, 9G and 9K as well or only 9K is enough. Presently i am in Tier1(General) Migrant.

9A: Completed then
9B: Work permit holder
9G: Highly skilled migrant
9k: Tier1 General Migrant

and final doubt

Presently I am working as self employed and previuosly worked in X company. Shall I need to support employment letter from my previous employer?

Please clarify the above.

You can mention the total of salary plus dividend with a notation saying " comprises x salary and y dividend" for example.

Fr the HSMP portion of your stay ensure you have P60s or statements of earnings from your employer for each tax year.
