ï‚· I arrived to UK in 17 January 1994 with student visa, and then I have successful student visa for 7.5 years until 20 June 2001.

ï‚· I applied an indefinite leave to remain on June 2001 advised by local citizen advice. Home office refused on July 2002. I have logged the appeal on time & at the same time applied for another FLR student visa. I lost the appeal on 23 December 2004 but nothing heard from H.O.

ï‚· Before the appeal decision reached, I had applied another SET (O) indefinite leave to remain based on 10-year concession on December 2004.

ï‚· I have received a formal acknowledge letter confirming that “home office has received my application & I have permission to remain in the UK until the application is decidedâ€
