Thank you for your attempted application for leave to remain in the UK. for the reasons set out below we must return your application as invalid. Please read this letter to ensure that you understand how to make a valid application. Where an application form has been specified in accordance with the immigration Rules (HC395), the application must comply with the requirements set out in paragraph 34A of these rules and the immigration (Biometric Registration) Regulations. The relevant requirements are listed below and a cross in the box indicates that a requirement is not met.
X The photographs must be in the format specified as mandatory in the application form and/or related guidance notes.
The submission of a valid application, that is, one on the correct form which complies with the above requirements does not guarantee the application will be successful. It will be considered in accordance with the immigration rules or published policies.
Your sincerely,
That is all I got on the letter that they sent
Furthermore they return the application form along with all documents also they attached the ROYAL MAIL Postage receipt with the form that shows the posting and receiving date.
My question is that Can I send the same application with new photograph or not, because the letter doesn’t explain what I do.
Please answer the question ASAP thanks

Yes, you application is rejected for inproper photographs(which is quite strange). But as far as your documents meet the creteria, you can apply with the same documents.

they also attached document of photograph rules in which they highlights the sentence photograph should not be one month old
the photograph is not more than one month old, I don't know how can i prove that but another problem is that i can't send the fresh application again with new photograph.
Because I can't fulfil the HSMP criteria.
If anyone knows about this please reply
Q. Explain please can I send review application with new picture
