HELLO,
I WONDER IF SOMEONE CAN ADVISE ME

I BEEN TO THE UK SINCE SEP 1999.

ONE OF MY STUDENT VISA WAS REFUSED. I APPEALED LATEER THEN ALLOWED 10 DAYS.

DO I HAVE A GAP IN LAWFUL RESIDENCE DUE TO LATE FILING OF THE APPEAL.

PLEASE ADVISE
