HSMP to TIER 1 Previous earnings

hi all,

im a hsmp holder till 2010 december, just wanted to clarify about the Previous Earnings that i should provide for my tier-1 extension

to score 75 points(tier1 extension) i need to have 25K employment which i already have(BEFORE TAX)

what i would like to know is,
do i have to maintain 25k after tax or before tax??

it is GROSS Salary before tax mate.

It is not enough whether you already have the money.

You must have had earned that money within 15 months before your application and woulc be able to prove this with your documents.

Say, if you had this amount of money from your employment 6 months ago, then it would not help.
