two visas, work permit and hsmp

Hi,
i work for an indian it company and perviously i use to work in uk with work permit. after that i had made my own hsmp visa. i'm having hsmp from 1 year and 2 more years valid.
now i am having a dilemma situation. my company want to send me to uk again for the project purpose. my company don't know that i'm having hsmp visa. will there be any problem if i go to uk with hsmp, instead of work permit through company?
pls help me out in this.

No their will not be any problem. You have valid HSMP visa and you can enter-exit UK as per your convenience. But if you decide to stamp work permit(from your company) , it will overwrite your HSMP.

ths day u got hsmp r old visa of workpermit is overrun and no more valid but u can travel UK on tier-1 visa
