Hi there,

I just received my HSMP to tier I visa exstension. I had initially applied via post and 3 weeks later received a letter saying I had ticked the wrong payment box and must therefore reapply with a new application.

Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to go through the post application (waiting period) again as I am heading back to the states on holiday this Saturday, so I began the process of ringing immigration attorney after immigration attorney.

Luckily, I came across one who was amazing. He was extremely helpful and cost effective. I was being quoted ridiculous prices by some of these guys.
