Online Booking - HMSP Extention

Hi,

I am currently on HSMP and applying for extention.
From what i gather it would be Tier 1 (as part of extention as HSMP does not exist)
When i am doing online booking i am selecting application type as: PBS T1
wanted to confirm is this is correct? i am assuming first time Tier 1 and extention people use same code?

Also wanted to confirm if this URL is the correct form for extention: HSMP to Tier 1 : http://www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk/siteco ... alform.pdf
Which again is same for tier-1 first timer and extention?

The application for says

APPLICATION FOR AN INITIAL GRANT OF
LEAVE (SWITCHING) OR AN EXTENSION OF
LEAVE UNDER TIER 1 (GENERAL)
MAIN APPLICANT

What is the confusion here? You also should know that this form is used, when an applicant makes his application from with in the UK
