Simple. Unless you decide to leave UK which will place more burden on your PSW application. Otherwise, You school will continue to issue you letter for your extension until you are through. as long as they confirmed that your result will not be out until after the expire of your Visa, they should give you a letter to that effect and you will apply as student Resitting exam.satya.shyamala wrote:Hello friends please help me
I am on my student visa extension which is due to expire on may 16th 2010. I had an exam on january 2010 and got my result in february, I passed this exam which is my last stage of masters as I already got my project finished last year. But the main board meeting is in june where they declare that I am finished with my masters officially.
As I told before my Visa is expiring by May and the school is not ready to give me any letter which states that I passed my masters before june assessment board meeting which makes me not eligible to apply for PSW visa. I am left with only option of going back to India and apply for my PSW from there after june but if I do this I will be missing my graduation ceremony and also 4 months of valuable time. I also need to show a lot of money which at present I cannot afford.
Can anyone please guide me with any other alternatives if you know. Please help me with this.
