Does 'Skilled Worker Class' means that only the professionals falling in the following list or prefessions may apply as federal skilled worker?

Does this mean that people in the following category of profession do not fall into "Federal Skilled Worker" class?

That is correct to both question. 0213 Computer and Information Systems Managers is in the list, if your job functions match of those.

Also note that the CIC is currently in consultation until April 16th, 2010 with regards to the occupation is demand. The list is probably going to be updated after the consultation is over. Most experts think that the list will be reduced to a smaller number (from the current 38).

If you have the appropriate experience in one of the listed jobs, you may want to apply before the change.
