Missing Documents

Hi Guys,

Please help. Today I received my documents back by AirMail. Surprise to me my degree certificate is missing from the packet.
What should I do now ? Tried reaching to HSMP team but most of the time its engaged.

Anyone knows what needs to be done.

I just spoke to one of the representitive and as per her, she will inform storage people who are maintaining all set of documents
and if we will let you know the status by email. Any one knows what needs to be done for this. :oops:

You have already contacted the Home Office, there is nothing more you can do but wait for a response from them. Hopefully, your documents will be located by them during this period. If it is not, then you might have to apply for a degree certificate from your university all over again.
