Hi,
I have approximately 5 years of IT experience. My core skills are C,C++ and Debugging and supporting multi threaded applications(system proggraming). I already have a UK Tier-1 Visa. What is the best city to search for a Job? And is it the right time to search?

Win2010 - even if there are jobs in that sector, we cannot say anything on whether you will secure it or not.

Plus your question is very very specific but still as its a core development role, I can certainly say you will have a tough time as there are loads of developers in the UK plus a lot of development work for some time now are given in bulk to Offshore Service Providers so big companies do such work for clients in the UK.
