Dependent visa query - Can I apply - Please advise?

Hi,

Can you please advise if you see any issues in my application as dependent?

My spouse came here on WP on Oct 2005 and is going to apply for ILR in another 2 weeks (awaiting some documentation).

He was on WP (2 years) + HSMP (2 years) + Tier 1 (extension).

I came to UK on Dec 2005 as WP Dependent and stayed on WP Dependent + HSMP dependent for 3 and half years before I changed to my
own Tier1 visa.

Now recently , I changed back to Tier 1 dependent visa again.

So in total - i was on his dependent visa for 3 and half years and my tier1 visa for 1 and half years but we stayed together
through out this period.

Can I apply for ILR together with him? Will there be any issues? Please advise.
