Hi Experts,

My wife went to VFS Mumbai North today to apply for Tier 2 ICT dependent. She was returned without allowing to apply and the reason stated was

No Address Proof Provided To apply from Mumbai, VFS expects an address proof :!: Is this only a VFS requirement or also a British Consulate requirement?

My Wife's passport is issued from Bangalore and since we got married we have been living in Mumbai. I have now attached the following additional documents.

Translation of Ration Card from a notory at Bombay High Court, does this suffice?
