PSW and income-based Jobseeker allowance

Hi,

I have just received my PSW visa and actively am looking for a job. But I also have to pay the council tax which now I'm unemployed. Can I apply for Jobseeker allowance to get discount on council tax?

No. Income based Jsa is a public fund. You do not have recourse to public funds.
