Hi guys,I have few queries regarding these,would appreciate precise help
1)Does immigrants have right to enquire home office about where(which countries/International agencies) the data(detail personal information) being shared?If yes,then how to go about/Is it the same as SAR?
2)What are civil offences?Do they affect visa applications in any way?
