Tier 1 HSMP query - Plz help

Dear All,
Very good morning..
I would like to have your valuable suggestions regarding the following:
1. Currently I am in UK on Skill transfer WP with 6 months validity. Please suggest the suitable way to extend my stay in UK (either WP transfer / new WP / HSMP tier 1).
2. In case I am eligible for applying HSMP

a. Is FD in India can be claimed for maintenance of funds. I will get Bank authorized letter from Manager (if some one helps with format that could be great help).
b. Is Medium Of Instruction is required. My university availbale in points based data calculator NARC data base (JNTU Hyderbad). Still do I need to submit MOI for this purpose.

3. Finally, please provide any consultant / agency to fine my case.

Thanks for you reply, I been through given guidelines.
1. It seems only current / saving accounts are taken into account for funds maitenance. However in this forum I could find out few successful cases, provided FD as maintenance.

2. Regarding 2nd point, we need to provide Original degree along with original academic transcript. Does it means original marks sheet ?

3. I am here with Skill transfer ICT, whether I am eligible for HSMP Tier 1 (applying UK).
As per guide line, whether my current status fall under this category.

Where is it so written / mentioned? Not in the policy guidance!

any Tier 2 category

And there's nothing called HSMP Tier 1. It's either HSMP (closed in 2008) or Tier 1.

fd and letter confirming that funds r there from last 3 months and r withdrawal by u at any time will do - this is std procedure
