Appointment for Applying in person at public enquiry office

Hi guys
I am trying to book appointment for extension of my tier 1 general application.
I called appointment booking line but was advised it can only be booked online.
It doesnt mention tier 1 in application type, is it "PEO tier 1/5 biometric desk online"?
I have been selecting this option and trying to find a date for 3 weeks now but it always come up with no dates available for all UK centres.
Am i selecting right application type?
Has anyone else tryed booking appointment online and managed to get date booked in?

Yes, PEO Tier 1/5 is the correct application type. I booked mine a few weeks ago. It is difficult to find slots available. All you can do is keep checking everyday (morning after 8am if possible).
