PMs send to other members

Hello administrator/moderators,

I am a new member and have a query regarding PMs.

I sent 2 private messages to 2 members. However, they show under outbox and not under sent messages. Is this normal or did I do anything wrong?

The messages were in relation to tomorrow morning's meeting in relation to the new criminality threshold.

I 1st tried sending a PM to a moderator to ask this. But that message also sits in the outbox.

When you first send a PM it goes into the outbox, and then when the person (who you have sent the PM to) reads it, it moves from your outbox to sentbox.
