[Note: I've edited this post to get rid of all my babbling that wasn't really relevent to the question]
If the requirements for a career are:
US: A bachelors' degree plus passing professional licensing tests at the state and federal level
UK: On-the-job training accompanied by college courses, passing a series of tests to get an NVQ level 3, and being listed with the overseeing body for the profession (but NOT requiring a university degree)
Is this likely to count for "graduate level" work experience?
(I know you can't give "official" advice here, but any advice/suggestions you have would be appreciated)
