i got frend who refuse flr(m) bacis of lanauge req. but its error of ukba because they send esol a1 certifacte again and request recosedration ,ukba accept his request. and say they will deal in due time. any body any idea normally how long ukba take to decide reconsedration applicatons...any idea plz share thanqs

Sadly it may be weeks or months even if it is their error! The only saving grace is that your immigration status is on hold while they leave it in the pile gathering dust.

If it is their mistake I suggest you contact your MP as they seem to be faster at dealing with MP complaints within their target.

is it from the list of colleges given by UKBA ??? only ??
