In the guidance notes, it has a heading as follows

Claiming points-initial applications only

Does it mean that we can't claim for UK experience while applying for tier 1 extension?

No, it means whatever follows is applicable to initial applicants only, read 124

yeah. so two scenarios again, assuming you have worked during your initial tier-1 period in UK only:

1. initial grant b4 6Apr10 and working in UK for 12 months out of last 15, earning minimum 16k, you can get 05 points

2. initial grant after 6Apr10 and working in UK for 12 months out of last 15, earning minimum 25k, you can get 05 points

all this requires no documentation, as you are already providing docs for your earnings anyway.
