1st Application refused on 12/07/2018, only for the one reason my 2 employees 2-3 months not 120 hours per month, even total hours are more for the year for both jobs.
On that time my both employess even work extra 5-6 months but Admintrative review still refused for the same reason.

Biometric done at Post Office, 5/9/2018
Complex Letter: 10/09/2018
Contacted home office in early nov 2018 and recieved standard reply after 2 months

Now 13 months passed and only 1 reason they refused 1st application which also fulfilled on the new application time and submited the new documents as well but still application is complex and they need more time.

Then it went of silent mode i was calling every 2 months to know but standard email that application has not been completed yet then got fed up and did not chase them at all

Finally received approval letter with documents and passports today 14/01/2019

It took 22 months and 11 days very stressful time but Thanks to Al might Allah decision was positive.

20th Jan 2018, Apply FLR Human Right to buy time as needed more time for job creation.
May 2018, varied application to Tier 1E extention
July 2018 varied application in same category Tier 1E extention (second time) to add more documents
Sep 2018 got refusal letter for application in May 2018 ( HO ignore application on July 2018 with reason: not allow to vary application in the same category)
Sep 2018 file AR and successful - HO must considered application on July 2018
Oct 2018 completed biometric for application July 2018.
15th April 2019, received BRC and waiting for all documents sending back. No interview

We run 2 businesses: Fish and Chip shop and accommodation booking platform online. No profit, huge lost of 50K. 4 part-time jobs created in Fish and Chip shop.
Using solicitors but don't rely on them. They should be your good supporter when we have questions. They were too busy with many cases and could not check your applications in details. When they look deeply into your applications and find out some problems, it is normally too late to fix them.
I just read all information in this useful forum and prepare applications by myself and then double check with solicitor.
