I applied on the 9th of November 2012 for Category D. They have taken application fees from my bank account but I haven't received any acknowledgement letter yet.

What should I do? Can someone point me in the right direction please?

Many thanks!

At the present rate, you are looking at atleast 15 weeks from your biometric date.

Hi I see some ppl say the dates are updated by ukba. But I don't see them changed. It's still 6th sept. I hope the dates in topic are about the processing times where application is considered for ppl who finished biometrics on or b4.....

Dear Mr Shaukat,
If possible, can you please tell in the case mentioned above, and in general cases of this category (entrepreneur), does the home office check the "availability of funds as well" after sending out the acknowledgement letter? The reason i am asking is that will it be okay to withdraw some amount from the funds i am showing in my bank statement in Pakistan as i have to start investing the money in the business i am planning to start. so i am a bit confused and worried because first there is no "particular guideline in the guidance notes" to keep in the money in the account "after making application". Secondly i genuinely need money here in UK to invest in the business right after i make my entrepreneur application.
Kind Regards.

Hi
1. I can,nt comment on what UKBA verified from the bank.

According to my experience so far clients had withdraw their funds after a sudden time and they got visas.

Best of Luck

Hi Shaukat,

Thanks for your valuable suggestions on this forum. Please let me know that is it possible that one member of Entrepreneur team (50K) get visa and other refused? Or simple both will get visa or both will be refused.

Stev

Your idiot-phone is giving updated information (Live from Internet) but office computer is not live on the Internet. Its picking up the same page from your system (Local Cache) visited some earlier date. If it happens again just check the options like "Work Online" or something like that depending on your browser type in your browser menu.

Back to the topic now...

Hi All,

As I posted before I applied on the following dates
10 August 2012 Applied
20 August 2012 Bio-metric given
Cat D PSW to Tier 1 Enter
37k£ in personal account Uk & 16k£ overseas 3rd part funding. Total 53k£
No further reply yet.
I contacted UKBA they said you can check the status after 6 months, we can't tell you any thing before if it is been granted, refused or lost.
UKBA site says that 90% cases are decided within 4 weeks. I don't know what they are doing it is getting on nerves & annoying.
Can some one tell that can we do Contract job on Tier 1 Enter ? Because as mention in the posts it says restricted work how the employers or agencies going to consider when it says restricted work. It is not go
ing no where :(
