Hi, hope you can help me. My mother was refused an EEA family permit as dependent of EEA national (my husband). Can you please tell me if is normal for the refusal letter to NOT have a signature, a stamp and the name or some type of reference of the officer that made the decision? Is it normal/legal under EEA regulations that between the date of decision printed in the letter and the date the visa section gives it to the applicant, passed 1 month? Lastly, for us to decide if to appeal or just reapply with the missing documentation, we would like to know where are the visas processed; at the embassy's visa section or they just collect the documentation and send the information here (UK) for the UKBA to decide? Thanks in advance.
