Tier 1 extension - Accountant Letter Necessary?

Post by Jedi_Sid » Tue Mar 06, 2012 9:27 pm

Hello there,

I will be applying for an extension of my Tier 1 Visa at the end of this month. I'm am set up as a Limited Company and will show previous earnings through payslips and dividends.

I will be showing the following as evidence:

1. Payslips - stamped and signed
2. Dividend vouchers - stamped and signed
3. Personal Bank statements
4. Company Bank Statements
5. Invoices

I am wondering, will I need to show also a letter from my accountant confirming my earnings, or will the above evidence be enough?

thanks
Sid

The top 3 should be enough.
If you can a letter from accountant, do get it and submit for your application.
4 & 5 is really not required as you are applying as employee and not as self employed., but no harm in carrying if you are applying in person.
If sending by post, I won't send too many unrequested documents.

Thanks nnj10;

I have managed to obtain a letter from my accountant.

Just one more quick question.:

My payslips are issued from my accountant, should they then be stamped by my accountant or my formal company stamp?
