life in UK test

Hi, if an EEA national want to apply for naturalisation as
a British citizen does they need to sit for the life in UK test ,

what if the EEA national has a degree in UK university, because some with ESOL are exempted from the test.

Any qualifications are irrelevant unless they are ESOL. Surely if the national has a degree from a UK university they will be able to sit the test. Everyone needs to take it, there is no way to go around it, unless as stated in the above post-incapacity, age and ESOL (which I think has to be a specific course incorporating elements of life in the UK).
