Travel to India when visa is going to expire in 2months

Hi
My visa in UK is going to expire on May09,2012.Due to some emergency i need to go to India on March 22nd,2012 and return on April 9th,2012.Can i travel to India as my visa is going to expire soon?I will apply for extension after coming back from India.Will this travel create any issue in extension of visa?Please let me know if someone has an idea.

No issue. You are all ok to travel to India. Just make sure you return before you visa expires and you should apply in time for your extension.
