Post by Rashmi001 » Thu Mar 08, 2012 10:22 pm

Dear All,

My payslip has a Switzerland address on it & i normally got it by email so don't have original. Do you guys think it is a problem?

Its an arrangment done by Switzerland company with Uk company to save some tax on my wages. Can someone please advice what do I need to do so that my application don't get delayed or I end up confusing case worker?

thanks

If your payslips are on headed paper i.e. company name, logo, address etc. then you might be OK to submit this payslips.
If not, you will have to ask your employer to authenticate i.e. stamp and sign them.

I donot understand though, If your payslips are produced in CH, are you paying UK tax and NI?

Yes pay slip is on company headed paper but I get only in email so don't have original and or stamp on it.

Payslips are generated by CH, they have a partnership with UK company. Yes i have paid UK TAX and NI. I have got P60 to prove it with CH Company address on it. Do think this would help? or should i try to get a letter from UK company also?

Looks like you are using two different logins on the boards. Bit confusing.

I would get employer to sign/stamp print out of those payslips.
Also try to get a letter from your UK based outfit and explain everything i.e. relationship between all the entities and make sure they includes something to effect that you continue to pay UK tax and NIC even though your paylips are produced in CH.

Sorry to open this topic again but is there any one who applied for ILR and got their payslips from abroad? Can they share experiences? I called my x-employer(Swiss company) to ask them to provide payslips with Signature and stamp on it. I was told that signature would be difficult !!
I have P60 with Swiss company name and address on it to support that I have paid tax and NI in UK would this help ??

Any moderator help please?
