Non Eu Spouse and adoped irish child

I am on stamp -4, Ex Wife Irish, 0ne child Irish
Stamp -4 on the basis of irish born child, Remarried to non eu,
She is on stamp -3, Is she entitled to stamp -4 on the basis if she adopt the child
If anybody know any case like this
