Hi

I am in the process of applying for an EEA 2 through my EEA partner

I am also paying for my brothers uni fees and he is completly dependant on me for paying for his life style

Could he apply as a dependant? even though he is over 18?

Is this person your married partner or durable partner, and is your brother dependant on this person?

She is my married partner i,e wife

But he isnt dependant on her, he is dependant on me
