Tire4 Visa, ACCA Registration

Post by i hussain » Tue Mar 13, 2012 1:46 pm

Hello
para 118 of Appendix A

18. No points will be awarded for a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies unless:

(a) the applicant supplies, as evidence of previous qualifications, specified documents that the applicant used to obtain the offer of a place on a course.

My two Nephews have applied for a student visa, both are registered with the ACCA, none of them submitted any proof from ACCA as ACCA only provides a reg. number through e mail nothing else and the college did their registration verification through ACCA website with their unique reg. numbers and they mentioned this on their CAS letter which was submitted to the Embassy, one of them was granted with Visa but the other is refused according to the Para mentioned above.

Now my point of argue is

1: why 1 has been granted visa with the same documents submitted?
2: ACCA reg. is not a qualification nor a document, it is a unique number and was provided by an e mail to the applicant, but all the other academic documents were submitted.

Looking for advice in this regard please.

As I have said before that you are wrong about ACCA registration.

And its upto ECO discretion that he will issue visa without seeing registration documents. Suppose, one ECO call ACCA and confirm applicant registration and issue visa on the basis of that confirmation. Another ECO did not bother to call and reject visa.

Thank you for your reply
I m not arguing with u and i know its useless to say anything here but its not fair with the student, ECO is a responsible human due to his wrong decision the student will loose his 1500-2000 pounds of fee for CAS letter. If the ECO is not satisfied with their Highly Trusted Institute's CAS letter which is confirming everything then for me the CAS letter is just a piece of paper and UKBA is just ripping students for this.Again ACCA reg. is not a qualification nor a document and it can not be submitted unless it asks for the reg. number on the application form.

Who said UKBA ECOs are responsible officers??

They are the most careless peoples in this world especially in case of student visas. They try their best to give financial and mental loss to students, as much as they can.

If you want to see their examples of 'responsibilities' just search this form or google with word 'UK visa reject'.
