I do not see that the new rules have any impact on you. Why do you think they might?

I am not by any means an expert on this subject, but I was wondering if you have investigated if you could ask to register your son as British citizen?

no yet.

but the same situation that i married before to get the final divorce sentence.

as iam married in european country with european wife. and in my origin country i married with another wife who is not european and also i have child

so i have two options if i apply for my second wife for as family member of eea nationals

1-if they gave her the family permit, so when she come here to uk with F M AS WIFE of eea national then can i ask her residence as mother of european national to avoid the problem that i married before getting divorced (who is my son,as now i am doing his european documents)

2-if the ukba rejected her application as the marriage not valid (can i reapply for her again for FM as mother of european citizen(our son). and i will be her sponsor as he is minor

i appreciate any help

thanks
