tier-1(general) dependent form conflicting answeres

Post by hsmp0804 » Wed Mar 14, 2012 4:20 pm

Hello All,
I have got few doubts for Tier-1 (general) dependent form and am seeing conflicting answeres on board.

1.
C3. Do you have any passport or travel document which contains a previous grant of
leave or which you used when you last travelled to the UK?
Wife wife and son have only current passport(no old/expired passport) and they are on Tier-1(general) dependent visa.
Do I answer this question yes or no?

2.
H1. Have you ever had any Home Offce or UK Border Agency reference number(s) assigned to you?

H2. Your Home Offce or UK Border Agency reference number
My wife's last approval letter(same letter as mine) has got no refernece number.
So I said "NO" to H1 and in brackets mentioned "No reference number found in approval letter"
Is this ok?
l3. reference number of the main applicant’s most recent application to us:
I leave it blank as my last approval letter has got no refernece number.
It's your reference: column is blank.
Is this fine?

In English it might mean, Wife and Wife's Wife but I am not sure as my English is weak

In actuality this appears to be a typo.

Even I am not that lucky. So the correction is "My wife and son have only current passport....."
