Apologies if this has been asked somewhere, but i couldnt find the appropriate post.

I am on a Tier 1 visa currently which was issued in Feb 2011 and expires Feb 2013. Currently I am falling short by about 5 points for extension. THe reason is my gross salary. I am actually on a dispensation which means although my gross is lower , my net is equivalent is in a higher bracket

What earning bracket should i hence put to test my eligibility?

hi there, you got 10 months for your renewal to earn almost £5,000 gross more and get 5 points equivalent. do your best ur almost there

Thanks..Nolada I forgot to mention that, that effort is of course on

. I am just thinking of the worst case scenario.. have you or anyone else on here had any experiences?

ohhh worst case scenario is if u didnt score the min points so u not eligible for extension

, u will need to find another visa type matching ur criteria
or some thing else .....

do the dispensation expenses and benefits form part of your overall pay package and declared in the payslips?
