Questions - Naturalisation application

Hello All,

I will be applying for my Naturalisation based on marriage.

I have the following questions;

1. Section 2.2 absence from UK;
I have been away from UK several times in last 3 years period atleast 30 trip abroad for business, most of them short trips 2 to 3 days. I have kept most of the records to back track, does anyone know what will happen if I miss any of my trip to mention in the application?

2. Section 3.2 for question an employee, a director.
I have a private limited company and I am the sole director and I am also an employee. I am a PAYE as a take salary to work for my company,
Any idea which box should I tick?

3. Section 5.1

Read a lot of documents still not sure about the referee.

I have a friend of mine who is an accountant (ACA), can he be one of my referee or does that referee have to be someone who has a professional relationship with me? Puzzled - please help.
