Do not round up the dates. If you have lived at only 1 address for last 2 years (and till date) use the date you moved in to that address. On your address 1 there is no moving out date so you would not have to write the end date.

You mention the start date as you moved in. Does not matter if you go over 2 years.

eg - If you moved in at your address 3 on January 2005, mention it as 1/1/2005 even though you do not need to go that far behind.

Hope that makes sense.

EG -

Current address -

xyz

Moved in 1/1/2012

Previous Address 1

abc

Moved in 1/1/2008 - Moved out 31/12/2011

Hope that helps. Like said, you need to cover the full 2 years. If your address falls in middle of your tenure at the address, still use the correct move in and out dates

Is it mandatory to provide exact date move in move out if the applicant has stayed for example 6 addresses in 2 years.

Could you also please let me know about the below questions?

Q. B5 finger print taken or not
b14 POINT BASED SYSTEM MIGRANT REFERENCE NUMBER

Thanks
Sali

Apologies for bothering with silly questions,

I came to UK in March 2010[first entry in to UK after getting tier1 general visa issued] and stayed in the UK only for 5 days and went back to India.

Do I need to provide address I stayed for 5 days? in the past address details section?

Thanks
Sali

You are fine if you round up some dates if you do not know the exact ones. But do try to put them down as accurate as you possibly can

If those 5 days fall in last 2 years than yes, you do need to.

Next time please post the full question. Individuals who try to help should not have to download the whole form to attend t your question.

B5 - If you ever had your fingerprints taken at the time of application of your TIER 1 (Be it in your home country or in the UK) answer this as "YES". If not, answer this as "NO"

B14 - Leave it blank. It is optional
