Booking Biometric Appointment HELP Please.

Hello all,

Applied for Tier 1 Gen Extension and got letter for biometric.

I am trying to book biometric appointment in one of the PEO but not sure what to choose when it asks for which service you want to apply.

I choose BRP (RC) and saw few dates aviliable, but when I went to booking it says my ref number and detail do not have any record in database.

Am I choosing the correct service, or I have to choose Tier 1 General and then not premium service ?

I couldnt find anywhere answer to this.. sorry if its very basic question.. but if someone can please help.

select tier 1 general
than select at NO for premium service
select number of dependants
than select dates and location

I must suggest you to go to post office instead PEO ,its fast and easy.
