urgent :pbs dependant form L3 and L4, applying same time

I am confused about these two questions,
I am applying for Tier 1 General extension with 1 dependant, my wife
in pbs dependant form , L3 and L4,

L3. Reference number of the main applicant’s most recent application to us:
I do not have any Reference number as a main applicant assigned to me ever
Should I leave it blank ?

L4. Date of the main applicant’s most recent application to us:
D D M M Y Y Y Y

I am applying at the same time as main applicant with my dependant,
Should this be the date I will be posting *this* application
or
It can be left blank

Please suggest

These should be left blank if you dont remember the ref.no which was assigned to you when you initially applied for tier 1 gen. these are not mandatory

So you mean, in case if someone know the long number that was generated at the time of first application that needs to be filled here.

I know my number which is of the format
CGAC/DDMMYY/XXXXXXX/1

Is this the number which should be mentioned. Or shall I leave this blank.

Its normally B11 (main appliaction) where you can provide the ref.no if you have been given one. As I said L3 and L4 (Dependent form) are not mandatory so you can leave them blank if you are applying at the same time.
