Hi,
I am currently on PSW tier 1 visa in UK which is going to expire in september 2012. i am currently working in London . My fiancee is on tier 2 work visa which is valid till 2014 and lives in Liverpool . we are not living together but have joint bank account . we are planning to get married in India on May 9th. I want to switch to the category of the tier 2 dependant spouse immediately after marriage from vfs chennai. i plan to sumit the following documents:
3 months bank statements of my fiancee (tier 2 holder) showing funds of £533 + £800 (3 months), her employer letter and 3 months payslips, her passport and visa copies, photos, visa fees, marriage certificate, her Certifiacte of sponsorhsip number . is there anything else required to submit the visa applicaiton because i heard that you should show proof of your accommadation (tenancy agreement), wedding photos, wedding invitation card, letter from my spouse inviting me to UK, my employer letter and payslips, notary attested marraige certificate on stamp paper, my IELTS certificate to prove knowldge of english, my MBA degree certificate from UK....) . is it true? because the details of these documents are not asked in the applicaiton form or in the policy guidance. but people are advising me of submitting dox like these. please advice? i am a bit worried because i plan to apply for the visa immediately after marriage and do not know whether they will refuse me visa since i already got a psw visa till september. waiting for your valvuable advice
thanks and regards
